Executive Car Jobs To Allocate
To allocate jobs, first sign-in with your email and password. As an operator, you can select the role of Administrator, Driver or Customer.
To view all Operator menu options ensure that the Role dropdown box is set to Administrator.
Next, select the Jobs To Allocate menu button. The number to the right of the buttons text informs you of how many jobs are available to be allocated in the system. So in the example below there are seven jobs that are available to be allocated.
After clicking the Jobs To Allocate button you will be presented with a screen of Accepted Jobs.
From this screen, you can also filter by a specific organisation or enter search criteria to search for a particular accepted job.
Click on the job to view the job details.
From the above job details screen you now have a button available ‘Allocate Job’
Press this to allocate the job to a driver.
You will be presented with a pop-up box as per the image below where you will be able to select the driver and optionally enter any notes.
From the job details screen you also have other options including to edit the job and save changes and the ability to cancel the job, change the status back to requested, or simply to create new copy or return jobs from the job.
After selecting a driver and entering any optional notes click the OK button to submit the job to that driver.
You will be returned to the main menu screen.
